Agreement
These Terms govern your use of SPILL, a mobile adult party game operated by 1001545511 ONTARIO LIMITED ("SPILL," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app. App Store terms also apply where they control distribution, payment, or refunds.
Adult audience
SPILL is intended for adults and contains mature themes. You must be at least 18 and otherwise old enough to use adult-content apps under the law where you live.
Sip mechanics are optional, capped at one sip per prompt, and can use any beverage. Alcohol may only be used by adults who are of legal drinking age in their location.
Safety and consent
Any player may pass, replace a sip with a point or another agreed mechanic, or stop at any time. Do not use SPILL to pressure anyone to drink, disclose personal information, perform a challenge, appear in a recording, or continue playing.
- Skip any prompt that is unsafe, unwelcome, or inappropriate for the group.
- Never use a prompt as a reason to consume alcohol rapidly or excessively.
- Do not use the app while driving, before driving, or in an unsafe setting.
- Do not perform illegal, dangerous, harassing, discriminatory, or non-consensual acts.
- Consider medication, health conditions, food, hydration, and transportation before choosing alcohol.
You are responsible for your choices and for adapting or skipping any prompt that is unsafe or unwelcome.
Recording and sharing
Recording is optional. Obtain permission from every identifiable person before recording or sharing. Do not record minors, private conversations without consent, illegal conduct, or content that violates another person's rights.
You control external sharing through iOS. SPILL does not gain a promotional licence to your recording merely because a SPILL mark or prompt appears in it.
Purchases
SPILL may offer one-time in-app purchases. Apple processes payment and displays product availability and localized prices. SPILL does not offer a recurring subscription.
- Non-consumable purchases can be restored through supported Apple purchase-history mechanisms.
- Consumable power-ups are not restored as ordinary non-consumables; SPILL maintains an anonymous server-side balance.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and applicable law.
- Refunded, revoked, fraudulent, or disputed transactions may remove the related entitlement or unused balance.
A product is not available until it appears in the approved App Store release.
Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and the App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SPILL for non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy or bulk-extract prompts, bypass purchase controls, interfere with the service, probe another user's installation, distribute modified app binaries, or use SPILL for unlawful activity.
Availability and updates
Features, content, products, and services may change or be unavailable by device, region, age rating, network state, or App Store decision. We may issue updates for security, compatibility, legal compliance, purchase integrity, or content safety.
SPILL is being prepared for iPhone. No Android release or fixed publishing schedule is promised.
Disclaimers and limitation
SPILL is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that every prompt is suitable for every group.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, 1001545511 ONTARIO LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. These Terms do not excuse negligence, intentional misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction.
